• General usage and interaction data

We collect this information either directly from you, from LinkedIn when you submit a Lead Gen Form, or automatically through cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website.

2. How we collect your data

We collect personal data when you:

• submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form in response to one of our ads;
• visit or interact with our website;
• contact us directly by email, phone, or website form.

We may use cookies, analytics tags, and similar technologies on our website, including Google Analytics, Hotjar, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, to understand website traffic, user behaviour, campaign performance, and user experience.

LinkedIn Insight Tag

We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag on our website to measure ad conversions, build retargeting audiences, and generate aggregate audience insights. LinkedIn may set cookies and collect data as described in its own Privacy Policy. You can opt out of LinkedIn’s retargeting at linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls.

We do not currently use personal data collected through our LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms for ongoing marketing email campaigns. If this changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, request appropriate consent.

As a company based in the United Arab Emirates, we process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (“UAE PDPL”) and its implementing Executive Regulations. Where our advertising and services reach individuals in other GCC jurisdictions, we also observe applicable local data protection requirements, including:

• the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree No. M/19, 2021, as amended in 2023);
• the Bahrain Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018); and
• Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 on Privacy and Protection of Personal Data.

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• your consent, given when you voluntarily submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form or contact us directly;
• our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, improving our services, and measuring the performance of our advertising campaigns; and
• compliance with applicable legal obligations.

5. LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms

When you submit your information through one of our LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, LinkedIn provides us with the data you choose to submit or authorise through the form. We use that information only for the purpose described in the relevant form or ad campaign, such as contacting you about your interest in our services.

Your interaction with LinkedIn is also governed by LinkedIn’s own terms and privacy practices.

6. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are visited, how users navigate the site, and how our campaigns perform. Google may collect information through cookies and similar technologies as described in its own documentation and privacy materials.

7. Hotjar

We use Hotjar to better understand how users interact with our website and to improve usability, content, and design. Hotjar may collect usage data through cookies and similar technologies, including interactions such as pages visited, clicks, scrolling behaviour, and device and browser information.

Our website may use cookies, pixels, scripts, and similar technologies to:

• operate the website;
• measure campaign effectiveness;

9. How long we keep data

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. As a general guide:

• Lead Gen Form data: up to 12 months from collection or last meaningful engagement, whichever is later;
• Website analytics data: up to 26 months (Google Analytics default retention);
• Hotjar session recordings: up to 365 days;
• Legal and compliance records: up to 7 years where required by UAE commercial law.

If personal data is no longer required for these purposes, we will delete it or anonymise it where reasonably practicable.

10. Sharing of personal data

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share personal data with:

• service providers who support our website, analytics, hosting, and communications;
• professional advisers, where necessary;
• regulators, courts, law enforcement authorities, or government bodies when required by law;
• a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.

11. International transfers

Because our service providers and platforms (including LinkedIn, Google, and Hotjar) may operate in multiple jurisdictions, your personal data may be processed outside the country in which you are located, including in the United States and the European Union. Where this happens, we will take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protection of your personal data in accordance with applicable law.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

• be informed about how your personal data is collected and used;
• request access to your personal data;
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• request deletion or destruction of your personal data;
• object to or request restriction of certain processing;
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

These rights are provided under the UAE PDPL and, where applicable, the KSA PDPA, Bahrain PDPL, and Qatar data protection law. We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and aim to respond fully within 30 calendar days. If we are unable to comply, we will explain why.
