- the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree No. M/19, 2021, as amended in 2023);

- Hotjar session recordings: up to 365 days;
- Legal and compliance records: up to 7 years where required by UAE commercial law.
If personal data is no longer required for these purposes, we will delete it or anonymise it where reasonably practicable.
10. Sharing of personal data
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share personal data with:
- service providers who support our website, analytics, hosting, and communications;
- professional advisers, where necessary;
- regulators, courts, law enforcement authorities, or government bodies when required by law;
